Privacy Policy

We take your privacy seriously, and we recognize that in the course of our relationship with you as investment advisors or consultants, that it is inevitable that we will become privy to highly sensitive information pertaining to you and/or your assets. Our privacy policy governs all our internal operations and processes pertaining to the management of personal information and any other confidential or sensitive information that our clients transmit to us.

Ibex Capital Limited is established as a British Virgin Islands company, and our data servers are registered in the British Virgin Islands. We take all reasonable precautions to ensure that our data servers are safe and secure, and that malicious actors cannot easily access our data. However, we do not accept any legal liability for involuntary disclosures of confidential information as a result of a data breach that was beyond our reasonable control.

It is our policy to treat every communication from clients as confidential. We will never disclose the existence or contents of such communication to any third parties. We will not sell or share client data with third-party vendors, including our partners. If asked, we will never confirm or deny that we had any communication with any particular client or the contents of said communication (if any), and will not disclose any details pertaining our clients’ relationship with us. The sole exception to this provision is in cases where we are legally compelled to share information pursuant to a court order that has been ratified or upheld by a court of law in the British Virgin Islands. It is our policy not to make any comment to the media regarding our clients and their relationships with us, and we strongly discourage our employees from any activity on social media platforms in association with their professional identities.

It is our policy to destroy all records pertaining to our clients, their transactions, their assets and their relationship statements after a period of five (5) years. As such, we advise that we will not be able to furnish you with historical records dating back to five or more years prior, and that you should retain such records for your own safekeeping.

This Privacy Policy applies to all of the services offered by Ibex Capital Limited and all of its subsidiaries. This Privacy Policy doesn’t apply to services that have separate privacy policies that do not incorporate this Privacy Policy. It also does not apply to any third-party service providers who work with Ibex but are not majority-owned by, or managed by Ibex. It also does not apply to any other companies and organizations which promote or advertise Ibex services. We revise and update this Privacy Policy from time to time, and reserve our right to do so at any time that we, in exercise of our sole and absolute discretion, may deem as appropriate. We will not reduce your rights under this Privacy Policy without your explicit consent. If we make changes or updates that are significant, in that they substantially alter the nature of this Privacy Policy or the nature of our relationship with you, we will provide a more prominent notice, which may include an e-mail notice sent directly to you.
